If you still need help — or have another question or comment — feel free to write to me here. For instance, if your download time or maximum download attempts have been exceeded, we’ll be happy to reset them for you, to give you more time to download.
For Support requests, we are officially available between Monday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Pacific time.
